Here, he drives the Sheriff and County if Geneva, Alabama crazy!  He also experiences a Southern Revival and is Baptized... but you have to READ this one! It is truly hysterical and true. Story 4a: A Bonding Of Oaken Men

Now, this is a Award Winning Story. Winning the "O Georgia" award, it was published in 'O Georgia, a compilation of top Georgia writers in 1996. Here Joe discovers himself living with a southern Baptist family in what amounted to a shack. Home grown produce and fresh game made up much of the fare. From his first love and disappointment to a hunting experience that will truly MOVE you, this happens to be one of the highlights of Rocks childhood. YA GOTTA READ  THIS!

Story 1: South Florida Out Laws

Here Joe discovers Miami and the Latin flavor.. after which he discovers himself mugged and more! In search of a place to recover, he finds himself in an environment he recalls: a housing projects where he lives with an interracial (no disfavor meant) family  and love once more.. but then, bigots arrive and he finds himself in the middle of a gang of South Florida Outlaws. Discover the use of wit combined with a father figure of sorts called "the Animal"..

Story 2" Jack The Cat

Now, this experience is AWESOME. In fact, Joe discovers himself "hanging and climbing" with a Cat Burglar; the kind you see on TV. Yet, this story is integral to Joe's journey in take fact that Jack becomes a Father Figure of sorts to Joe, and winds up....  Well. YOU have to read this and you will say "No Way!" Is THIS TRUE!! But, believe me, it occurred and more!!

Story 3: Kidnapped: Pappa Joe and Pigny

Have you seen "Paper Moon"? Well, along his journey, Joe is kidnapped by a duo of Louisiana  Bayou Boys who must have seen the movie! They have a habit of picking up youth full hitchhiker's and... Well, read this and LAUGH! Meet the Navaho youth who will be a bright spot in the next story. This is a funny story and will leave you laughing when Joe steals the duos stolen car...  

Story 4: Nihanio, the Warrior of The Navaho

Now, if you miss out on this story, well... How about meeting a Navaho Warrior Born during the Kit Carson era? How about spending some time in the post? Read how Rock learned what would be one of his future skills.. Discover the inner workings and majesty of the Navaho Nation! I cannot state more then this: YOU MUST READ AND REMEMBER THIS ONE!

Story 5:The SWAMP MAN@!

Ok, from a Virginia Juvenile Detention break out, where airboats and helicopters mass in search of  Swamp Lost youngsters, to the Warrior Clause, this portion of Rock's History will definitely have you laughing. Rock gets picked up in Virginia. The Commonwealth has it in their collective minds to discover his true identity.. but Rock? Well, read this and see what HAPPENS!

Story 6: Bonnie and Clyde

Well, they SAID Bonnie and Clyde were killed. But, how about a duo that thought or wanted to be like Clyde? This portion of Rock's journey is INTENSE and GENUINE! Not a story for the faint hearted.. Rock is given a gun.. must pout run police... he is tempted by the sordid personality of "Bonnie" to the point he commits two armed robberies.. and then is set up to be murdered!! This is REAL and unedited.. How did he survive...?

Story 7: California and Hippie Land

What does a New York Italian street kid do when he faces a Land Of The Wizard Of Oz! And then meets an old friend from the "City".. San Francisco like you never read before. And, then, as a bonus, the Steak And Eggs fiasco! I promise, you WILL enjoy this one!

Story 8: LA! Party Town or A Group Of Father Figures?

Rock soon is in LA. Yes, a place as strange to him as SF. But once here, a strange thing happens, he is soon running around pan handling and such? Pauly is aghast, Rock a member of a CULT?  Read the Acid Trip and then you will know...

Story 9: A Taste Of Legit

Rock and Pauly have to figure a way to get to New Orleans in this part of the story. They are in Indigo California.. hot.. dry.. dead.. They see a Freight train and think.. WOW! You must read this! AND, when they arrive in NO, they are soon operating a BUSINESS!! But, what will happen here.. READ IT!

Story 10: Joe Arrives Home To Rescue His Family!

Well, if you miss this one, you missed it all! In this story, taken from several chapters of House Of Cards, Joe (Rock) returns home from years of travel with enough cash to rescue his family. But, low and behold, those Mafioso that had been a part of his life, those whom the first 30 chapters had spoke of, well, they were waiting.   But Joe (Rock), at 16, has learned much from his journey. From Jack The Cat to Bonnie and Clyde, Joe had saw and done it all. Had these experiences taught Joe How To GET THE JOB DONE?
     This is the TAKE DOWN portion of House of Cards where Rock, with a .38 Revolver and no bullets, with two friends, take down over 30 Mafia figures, force them to strip, rob them, and get away.. well, do they.. if YOU READ NOTHING ELSE, READ THIS!

Story 11: Is There Life After Death

Have you ever lost a mother, father, child? Have you ever asked your self if your loved one KNEW you loved them? When was the last time you SAID that you loved those around YOU?
  This is one of the most difficult writings of Rock. In this writing Rock (joe), after 30 years of travels and placing blame on his family, comes to terms with his mother. He does this after receiving a call forming him that his mother is dying of cancer. In this heart breaking yet glorious true story, Rock will come to many terms and endings in a twinkle of an eye..
    The writing is MOVING and focused. It is majestic in its delivery.. places you RIGHT THERE!! Will he truly understand? Will his Mother forgive him for his life time of hurt?
   I would like to say, READ THIS and WEEP and BE REFRESHED and INVIGORATED and then CALL SOMEONE that you have long thought wrong and FORGIVE THEM--  TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM!!!!!
